Emergency situations: find out if your dentist offers emergency scheduling in case of unexpected dental trauma. If they do not, do they have a recommendation regarding whom you should reach out to in case of emergency? Some dentists maintain relationships with emergency providers for just these types of situations.
Comfort measures: increasingly, patients are prioritizing a stress-free and comfortable dental experience. Talk to your dentist about whether they offer any sedation or comfort services, and if so, which ones. When do they utilize these services?
