In the summer we are also more likely to snack and sip on some potentially harmful substances. Popsicles, ice cream, fruit juices, soda, lemonade, and more: all of these warm-weather treats can harm your smile. So, make sure to rinse your mouth with water after consuming something sugary and/or acidic. And enjoy these things in moderation!
